Booking and Payment Policies

Deposit Policy
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. This deposit holds your spot and prevents other clients from booking that time. For this reason, deposits cannot be refunded or transferred to another person, session type, or future date.

One-Time Reschedule Allowance
Each session includes one complimentary reschedule, as long as you notify us within the required 24-hour timeframe.

  • Your original deposit will transfer to the new date one time only.

  • Any additional reschedules require a new deposit.

Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your session entirely, the deposit is forfeited.

Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, no later than the start time. Payment must be completed before photography services begin.

No-Call / No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to communicate or do not arrive for their scheduled session will be considered a no-call/no-show.

  • All no-call/no-shows automatically forfeit their deposit.

  • A new deposit will be required to book any future session.

Weather Policy
For outdoor sessions, weather conditions may affect the quality and safety of your photoshoot.

  • If weather is unsafe or unsuitable (heavy rain, lightning, extreme winds, etc.), the photographer will determine whether the session needs to be rescheduled.

  • Weather-related reschedules do not count as your one-time reschedule.

  • Overcast or cloudy conditions do not qualify for a weather reschedule unless they prevent the session from being safely or professionally completed.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in shortened session time. Extended session time cannot be guaranteed.
